Hey there, I am a mama, middle school math tutor, dogsitter, artist, hypno-birth doula and prenatal yoga teacher who recently moved back to Richmond, Virginia after living in GJ, Colorado for the past two years. I have a 3 year old son and between hanging with him and my 6 million jobs/gigs at any given time-- and all the incredible music and arts events in RVA, I stay pretty busy but would like to host when I can.

I have an amazing friend who has hosted couchsurfers for quite a while and I have gotten to meet and spend time with a few of them and have always wanted to be able to host/surf but also always had two large dogs and more recently a kiddo making it quite a bit more complicated. While living in Colorado (although very different), I ran an air bnb for over a year and hosted people from all over the world and just in general love the idea of opening your home to travelers. I also surfed on my solo trip driving the northern route from co to va this past summer. I have loved everyone I met so far and this incredible community!

I have so many interests that come and go, these seem to be the ones that stick around and in no particular order. I've had times when I've been obsessed with transcendental meditation, weaving, restoring vintage trailers and making malas (not all at the same time), and I'm better for it but glad I've moved onto more time efficient hobbies.
