Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm from CT and it's my first time traveling to the west coast. Currently have gigs lined up while I'm out here and I don't want to get a place of my own just yet until I see it, rather than going off a listing. I want to make sure I get to know the area as well and find a place that I can call home, ultimately. Hopefully, you can show me the ropes and we can connect.
