Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had my first experience in Wellington, New Zealand one and a half year ago. My friend Leonie who "couch surfes" for a long time showed me how great and fantastic couchsurfing is.On the one hand there`s - of course - the financial aspect but on the other hand - and this is more important! - you get to know many awesome people (who often have the same interests), you share experiences, you broaden your horizon, they show you their environment so that you don´t need to walk around as a tourist, you get to know many things in a short term of time, you improve your language skills and you`re not alone on your journey!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ever since I had my great first couchsurfing experience in wellington with my friend Leonie, I did couch surfing as many times as possible. I had a great time couch surfing on the South Island of New Zealand during a road trip of me and my friends, in Sydney and Surroundings, also in Los Angeles, Spain, Portugal, Holland and Austria. I just loved it every single time!

Interests

Riding the bike&horses and waves (but I´m a bloody beginner in riding the waves unfortunatelly^^... but I love it)

Coldplay, Radiohead, Simple Plan, David Guetta, Muse, Fort Minor, Jazz, Soul and classical music because I had classical singing lessons the last 3 years, what I really enjoyed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Glowworm caves in Waitomo and Cape Reinga with the great sanddunes
-Skydiving and Bungy-Jumping =)
-First time riding the waves
-Had the best night in Lissabon with friends and Fado music
-saw the African coast from Gibraltar
-drove with a mustang along the highway through Los Angeles
