I like to live life to its fullest, take each day as it comes and seize every moment.

Traveling satisfies my soul by experiencing the unknown, admiring nature, meeting new people and understanding different cultures.

I’m open minded (live and let live). Not to be confused with not having principles and boundaries for myself.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have couch surfed in Sri Lanka, Europe, US and NZ. Met very interesting and warm people during my travels. Learned a lot about the local cultures, helped me understand the why’s, what’s, where’s and how’s of a place. Gives me a different perspective and that’s why I enjoy couch surfing.

Also hosted a few travellers and so far it has been a wonderful experience.

Movies:
I’m not big on movies. I watch very selective movies. I do enjoy comedy, thrillers and intellectual stuff from time to time.

Music:
Mostly like to listen to anything that makes me get up and dance anything from Ballroom to Hip hop (Freestyle). I also enjoy Rock, Western Classical and Instrumental from time to time. All kinds of Genres depending on my mood.

Books:
I don't read as much as I would like to. But I have read quite a variety of genres (new age, science fiction, mystery, autobiographies, adventure, poetry, etc.).

Solo Backpacking across 4 countries in Europe, couch surfing and making new friends along the way.

Teach: The only thing that comes naturally to me is playing outdoors sports, swimming and dancing. But I can also teach IT topics.

Learn: I enjoy learning different languages, cultures. I am also learning about sustainable development & lifestyle.

Share: I would be glad to share my travel experiences, give suggestions for itineraries and host from time to time.
