ABOUT ME

Costa Rica born, Danish/English bred and Irish raised; I have a very international view of the world. A student of all the arts; she enjoys studying languages and learning about different culture Though raised a vegetarian, she has not been able to suppress her Danish genes, as expressed through her love of fish. Though she speaks four languages, her main form of communication involves mostly hand gestures; which doesn't translate well. She can often be found singing in the rain (off key), cuddling any helpless animal too slow to run and squeaking excitedly at the sight of children. Whether happy or sad, she radiates enthusiasm in everything she does while leaving her mark on everyone she meets.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Last summer I had my first experience of couchsurfing by surfing a couple of couches in mainly Northern Europe and meeting a few members of the couch surfing community in Norway and Sweden. I have also taken part in the couch surfing community in Aalborg Denmark where I was studying through couch surfing socials.

I have couch surfed a couple of times now and met another host to get to know each other and I think its a wonderful idea and very much enjoy being involved in it :-)

Interests

Love spending time with friends and family. Languages, table tennis, badminton, baking, travelling, painting, drawing, art, dancing, belly and Irish dancing, music, films, cooking, chocolate, kayaking, shopping, playing my flute, chatting and meeting new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the Blue mountains in Australia. Exploring the sand sculpture festival in Denmark. Meeting and holding my baby cousin for the first time. Being a bridesmaid for my aunts wedding at a fairytale English castle. Going to University working and living in both Wales and Aalborg Denmark and going through the ups and downs of living and working in another country, while also having an awesome time and meeting some amazing people has been a great experience.
