Présentation
À propos de moi
I am a recent college grad who is taking a few weeks to travel Europe in between jobs. My 22 year old brother Nick has come along with me as my travel buddy. We both graduated from the Honors College at the University of Houston with degrees in Marketing and Biology. We are excited to experience the UK for the first time and will be visiting friends in Swansea and London.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres
Lately I've been listening to The Bleachers, but some all time favorite bands are The Shins, Empire of the Sun, and Grouplove. My favorite books are Herman Hesse's, Siddartha and The Diary of Anne Frank. Both of these books offered such beautiful and clarifying simplicity into the deeper questions of human life.
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Two summers ago I had the privilege of tutoring my younger sister who has dyslexia. When I first started working with her she was 9 years old and for the most part unable to read. As we began to make weekly trips to the library she discovered that she had an interest in thrillers and autobiographies. I watched her get more and more excited about reading as she set a goal for herself to read 99 books by the end of summer(since she was 9). She gave me inspiration in a very dark time in my life and for that I will always be grateful to her. By the end of the summer she had read 130 books and in addition won a free bicycle from our public library for being the top reader. I taught her to read, but she taught me so much more. She taught me that believing in yourself is all it takes to do more than you can imagine.
