Hey! My name is Elizabeth, Liza or even Li :)
Last year I was really active in traveling. Have been in Asia by my own. But came back to Ukraine to manage my local tasks.

After some rest from travels, I’m ready again to discover new places 🙃

I do love traveling and get new emotions from cities, places and local people. I reckon, that this way of traveling by hitchhiking and backpacking is the best way to feel the culture and get to know new country as it is. Also I do love to explore how people live and how do they think, make decisions, cause everyone is like enormous universe.

More about me, I’m working as a designer in UNICEF.
I’m not a student any more. I finished my Bachelor degree in Management of hotel and restaurant business.

I’m vegetarian, and do love all meditation and yoga things. I’m practicing acroyoga and hatha. I can play ukulele and sign some song, so if you have a guitar or anything, we can make a new band 😅 :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m here cause my big part of life is traveling, exploring new cultures and countries.
I do love to have fun, get lost in city, have a good conversation with people, destroy stereotypes and tell about that in my posts :) I do love to inspire people to travel and explore the world by themselves, cause when if not now?)
I love to stay in a city for a while and feel it, discover how people live there.
And I truly believe that Couchsurfing is the best way to get into new culture fast and feel it totally.

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m that kind of person, who listen to music by periods of mood. I can listen almost everything, but mostly now I prefer indie music or acoustic with vocal. I’m fond of good, well designed sound, so would be glad to get something new. Now my favorite bands are The Lumineers and Kaleo.
Movies - mostly in watching movies based on true stories or psychological, which can inspire or from where you can make some conclusions for yourself. Favorite movies are “Incredible story of Benjamin Button”, “Forest Gump”, “About time”.. and others. Also I adore cartoons like Inside Out, Despicable Me, Rapunzel, etc.
I love to read, and mostly I read psychological, self development books or books with some deep meaning. My favorite author is Paulo Coelho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went for a highest mountain in Ukraine, when I had no climbing experience at all.
I was ready for a huge world trip in two weeks, after I was traveling, studying, working and writing my course work at the same time 😅

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m graphic designer and social media marketing manager, so with my pleasure can share some knowledge in this, recommend or help. Also I had an experience in creating events/conferences.
I can show you and teach some chords in ukulele and may be sing a song with you.
I read some philosophical and psychological books, so we can at least talk about “what is the purpose of life 😅”.
Of course I can share language knowledge and teach you some phrases on my native language like “mama zlipy meni snizhku” 😅
Despite all of these things I can share a tip of good traveling and how to stay positive ☺️
