I'm a 50 something woman enjoying a love affair with slam poetry, which takes me on the road some times. I teach, write, meditate, perform poetry. Also relish time in beautiful places whether city or country and enjoy conversations about life, the universe and everything. Great sense of humor here (real dry) and respect for wherever anyone is on their path. My life and heart are multicultural and open. I'm of Celtic-American descent and try to be a dope ally.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As an adjunct college prof my income is quite low, but I love to travel and often need to with invitations to share my poetry in different places. Yes sometimes, rarely, travel & hotel are covered. Mostly it's me and a bag of books to try to sell.
