I am currently getting my Bachelors in Global Studies and Political Science. These interests have led me to love traveling and experience new cultures. I take far too many pictures currently because I hope to one day fill a room with the gorgeous world around us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm looking to meet some amazing people and experience life in new cities as the locals do. I truly believe that getting a local view can teach you so much more about it and about the people around you. Yes, tourist sites are fun, but you learn a lot by living in someone else's shoes and experiencing what is important to them.

Obviously, I love traveling.

When in Minneapolis I am very involved in political organizations and volunteering. I love to help whomever needs it and learn from everything and everyone around me. In my opinion, you learn much more by the experiences and opportunities you explore rather than purely school focused learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

I will listen to any music, and love when people suggest artists and songs to me. Out of convenience I listen to songs on the Top50 charts but am open to everything.

In general I love thriller movies, but I am always up for a romcom or comedy. Always love to see something new and unexpected.

The Giver, by Lois Lowry, is my favorite book. I adore the Harry Potter Series, 1984, and basically anything I can get my hands on. I love reading and wish I had more time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am still hoping to do many amazing things in the world. Right now, I wouldn't classify anything as overly amazing or something that wasn't expected of me, so I have a hard time with this section. Living my life to the fullest, while thinking of those around me is important and hopefully I can accomplish this throughout my life.
