My name is Elizabeth I'm 25(f) in the process of winding up my masters degree here. I do have a part time job and I am fully capable of paying rent.
Personality-wise, I’m real easy going, a bit sarcastic at times. I'm a clean person but i'm not obsessive about it, I clean up after myself. I totally respect the common areas and keep them fairly neat. I'm very sociable and enjoy having a chat, cooking and sharing meals with housemates on occasion.
