I can teach basic guitar, french (kind of), hooping, and figure skating. I also know a thing or two about yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, although I am inconsistent in my practice and could use some motivation ;)
I LOVE to discuss personality typology (Myers Briggs, Enneagram, that sort of thing). But won’t push it on anyone if it’s not your thing.
