I am an entrepreneur in the barbering industry, owning my own old-school style barber shop, who is somehow able to find the time for quite a bit of fun! Other than my business, which is my absolute passion, I have recently found the love for acro yoga!!! I also enjoy road cycling, playing trivia with my best friends, board games, bike walks with my dog, Henry, and snuggling with the cats. I have recently moved back to Huntsville, from a long escape to Orange Beach Al, to find myself enjoying the mountains and hikes quite a bit more than I had expected! I plan on spending this year traveling into the mountains around North Carolina, instead of spending my vacation times at the beach. The thing that I am excited about most, for my plans of this year, is my spontaneous and loosely planned Thailand Adventure!!!! I am hoping to meet wonderful people, eat amazing food, and experience the culture to the fullest!!!

All of the things stated above are really exciting fun facts. Not everything is THAT amazing, of course. I tend to really enjoy a good nap too. This busy gal needs a good break sometimes!

Music, Movies, and Books

I honestly enjoy all kinds of music!! What I'm listening to right now is a Chicago based female artist, "Noname"! I really enjoy, "Sampa the Great" as well. The album, Eternally Even, by Jim James has pretty much been on repeat, as well as Tame Impala, Currents. Other things that have been known to pop up on my play list are Steel Pulse, M. Ward, Bob Marley, Susto, Future Islands, Yeasayer, and St. Lucia.

Same with movies, I dig it all! My favorites are: Drive, Vanilla Sky, Pulp Fiction, Sling Blade, Shawshank Redemption, Dead Poets Society. Movies I have recently enjoyed are: Prince Avalanche, A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night, and Hunt for the Wilderpeople.
