Currently traveling and cannot host. I’m sober from alcohol and am involved in the recovery community. I enjoy playing disc golf, attending events involving breath work, ice baths, all types of yoga, going out dancing, playing the flute, currently learning Spanish..

I aspire to travel as much as I can, to learn about new cultures and ideas and to always keep an open mind. Last year I completed a yoga teacher training in India and spent time traveling in several countries. This year, 2024, I have plans to spend some time in Mexico as I feel a trip here in my adult life is well overdue. Excited to connect with this community south of the US🙂
