Overview
About Me
A student studying and traveling abroad in search of expanding my knowledge and learning about culture and how to be a better global citizen. I'm studying the German language while abroad, but I also want to use this opportunity to visit other places and learn about how other cultures dine, drink, celebrate, speak, act, and learn.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My sister used Couchsurfing while she was abroad and continued using it for road trips with friends. I'm trying to find an affordable way to travel as much as I can while also being able to embrace and have authentic experiences in the places I go.
Interests
I'm new to traveling outside of the U.S., but I love exploring new places, even if they're just in my backyard. I'm also a student of anthropology and international relations, so those play a part into how I want to interact with the world. I love coffee, music (listening, not playing haha), conversations, explorations, a little shopping, goofing off, making friends, and playing with animals.

Music, Movies, and Books
If I ever get the chance to go to an Arctic Monkey's concert, I would! Ah, sadly budget, time, and location have stopped me, but it's a goal of mine. I also like the Black Keys, along with other alternative bands as well as classic 90s such as blink182, and my first favorite-Britney Spears.
I'm in the middle of the Game of Thrones novels, and I'm a life-long Harry Potter fan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got my motorcycle license last summer! I am so excited, because my dad has ridden a Harley since I was a kid and now it's something we share. Although I'm a new rider and still have lots of skills to gain, it's one of those special goals that I set for myself and it felt so great when I made it! Driving a motorcycle is such a rewarding experience because it demands all my senses and I love it!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my personal experiences and stories on my travels abroad with hosts. Hmm, I can also share my cleaning/cleanliness and respect for others, but I think that's a given. This is a good question and I'll have to think of something good-maybe a nice meal-to share!
