ABOUT ME

I am blessed with gloriously beautiful best friends!!....they seem to like keeping me around as well!!...Think they would say that I am truly big on laughter and LOVE!...I think they would agree that honesty, impeccability of the word, and integrity are virtues I always strive to maintain! .... Think they would say that I give a stellar hug and that I am a pretty good story sharer. Probably they would mention that I am very open minded and enjoy creativity in all its many splendid forms including culinary arts. They would probably mention my love of singing....these are some of the little tid bits my friends might let slip!!

I am passionate about people and nature and our wild dance with time and space. I am curious about almost everything and get all lit up when engaged in the processes of healing.... of evolving and integrating all the parts of my body mind and spirit! I am a massage therapist by trade and love the creative learning process that comes into play daily with my practice!....i love all of life when i remember to approach it with curiosity, courage, humor and a sense of ADVENTURE!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

*seeing the moon slip down one side of the sky, while the sun danced up the other side simultaneously to the rhythm of techno beats on a wide stretch of hill side in Costa RIca!

*Watching new earth lay herself out into the ocean..... bubbling along as the lava bled out her fiery veins coursing from the live volcanic source of Kilauea....feeling that inflamed liquid glimmer only feet away and experiencing the heat and steam of that creative alchemy!!!
