ABOUT ME

Right now I am living in Germany and working as an Au Pair. I love seeing new places, but I also love staying home and watching a good movie. Other than that, I love sports, cooking, baking and a good conversation :) I can be fairly quite in new situations, but am more talkative when I start getting comfortable.

A few thing about me when I travel. One, I am a planner, and I do lots of research before I go to a place. I am not looking for a tour guide to show me the touristy places. I am looking for someone to show me some of the lesser know, secret places. But, I do want to see all the touristy places. Two, I use the entire day to see as much as possible, so I prefer a more relaxed evening, maybe a long dinner or a good conversation. I tend to rise early and go to bed earlier.

PHILOSOPHY

I think of myself as a positive person. What I love about traveling is seeing the different cultures and trying the food. I love history and random facts. I live my life trying to gather as much information as possible!

I believe everyone has a medium from which they draw inspiration, for me that is The Tao Te Ching (Taoist book).

I have now couchdurfed in four countries have had some amazing experiences. I have also used couchdurfing to make some new friends :)

Centres d'intérêt

I love sports (playing, watching, learning). Right now my main sport is handball (individual not team), but I also love basketball, baseball, American football, football. You name it an I will most likely give it a try or attempt to watch it and understand whats going on. I enjoy cooking and baking. I am slowly branching out and trying more and different foods. I enjoy reading. One of my favorite things to do is have a deep and meaningful conversation.

I spent two weeks in Southern India. Celebrated Pongal, visited a hospital and ate a meal in a village on a banana leaf.
