About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Currently nomadic, traveling around the country playing music and leading yogic workshops. Grateful to be living my dream and investing in global community.

ABOUT ME
Bhakti yogini and guide, Reiki healer, cellist, empath. It is my goal in life to follow my highest bliss in music, and to live in true empowerment of myself so that I may give others the tools to be their own inspiration and live their highest good.

PHILOSOPHY

Ever changing, ever evolving. I was raised in a conservative Christian pseudo-cult, abandoned that religion for agnosticism and skepticism, developed a mindfulness practice, fell in with Zen Buddhism as I explored yoga, and have since found and resonated deeply with the path of Bhakti. I believe we are all heart-connected but that not everyone can accept that in their current lifetime. I believe in engaging with compassion, in the complexities of all eight types of karma, I believe that circumstance and progression in one's journey is all that differentiates me from you. I do not tolerate bigotry or harmful selfishness, but I will exercise compassion for why it may exist within another. I believe in practice, and that the discipline of adherence to a practice is where the most growth happens, but I am also part-Cancer and I love flow. I do believe these two ideas can be joined. We are meant to be solid containers with clear lines and boundaries, but porous and consciously open to change, consciously allowing our emotions and energies to flow within us and, when we choose, to extend beyond us.
