Hey! My name is Elizabeth and I love making real connections with other adventurous and open minded people and travelers and hearing about their passions as well. I'm from New York but I've been living in Costa Rica for the past 5 years and make time for travel whenever I can. I'm passionate about environmentalism, food, farming, and social change! I love to learn about different people's perspectives on the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Anyone who is willing to open their home to other travelers and share stories is someone I would love to meet! I want authentic experiences and to see places through the people who live there. I have only ever had the best experiences on couchsurfing.

Interests

I love everything nature and outdoors- running, hiking, yoga, swimming... I’m a really open minded person and up for just about anything. I’m also passionate about the food and sustainability. I'm trying to live the most ethical and sustainable life that I can and am always trying to learn and share from others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I opened a farm to table restaurant on the beach in Costa Rica! Was an amazing experience, learned so much, and also happy to be moved on. So much respect to everyone in the restaurant industry. It can be crazy!
