I am a 32 year old Air Force veteran that is currently a full-time student trying to get into nursing school to be a RN. I am currently living in Vacaville, CA but commute to San Francisco for school twice a week.

I love anything outdoors like hiking, surfing, amusement parks, and even just finding local coffee spots to chat and enjoy the day. I love to meet new people from different cultures and especially love traveling to other countries. Right now I am actually trying to plan and save for a backpacking trip for about 60-75 days through Europe (both Eastern and Western).

I also have two small dogs (both under 15 pounds), mini-poodle and a cavapoo.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couchsurfing because I know what it is like to be on a budget and not able to afford a hotel or hostel at times. I also know what it is like when you cannot find a place to stay last minute because plans get changed.

I hope that I can meet some awesome people while either staying at my place or by allowing me to stay at yours.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled around Korea when I first moved there by using the metro/bus and just hopping on to a random city each weekend. I might not have known how to speak Korean well but I was able to find some awesome places and eat really good food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a light traveler and usually only have a backpack with me. I can keep to myself if that is what you prefer or I can chat and do something with you if you don't mind. I pick up after myself and don't play loud music or anything when I stay with people. I believe in being polite and appreciative to the people that allow you to stay with them.
