Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a wanderlust that compels me to see the world, and right now, I want to see more of Europe as a solo traveller. What I love most about travelling to a new place is meeting new people from all over the world through hostels and meeting locals through chance encounters and experiences. I want to experience new cities through Couchsurfing and getting to know members from this global community!

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music, from jazz and blues to rock and roll, and Top 40 to the golden oldies. Same goes for movies as well, though I especially love the classics, movie-musicals, romantic comedies, and anything from the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I'll read anything from Jane Austen and J.K. Rowling, to fiction and non-fiction.

Doing the road trip along the Icelandic coast with friends in 2018 was a definite travel highlight!

I can share my travel stories and tips from North America and Europe thus far, and you can ask me anything about life in Vancouver, Canada! I've been told that I'm a good career and writing mentor as well if you need some professional and/or creative guidance.
