I'm passionated about travelling, good food, music, arts, books and movies.
I adore listening to enthusiastic and passionated people. I think through experiences and people we form our lives. That's why I am always open for new things and keen to try something new. While I was living in Australia, 6 years ago, I had the pleasure to live in an eco-art-village and got to know a mindful and balanced lifestyle, close to nature. There I became vegan and started practicing Yoga, which became an important part of my daily life and identity. Besides to Yoga I love mostly all kind of movement, especially dancing, climbing and nature walks and I enjoy cooking a lot, as it is a way for me to relax and gives me the feeling to reward myself. I've always been fascinated about psychology and I try to practice personal growth and self improvement on a daily basis. I am a morning person and I love to start the morning calm and slow with meditation, having a proper breaky and my "grooveh" or "Icing on the Cupcake"-Playlist on spotify. ;)

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I like to get to know different countries and cultures through locals. As I am fascinated about people I love the concept of couch surfing to get to know a different life so deeply and to get the possibility to experience a beautiful connection between two (or more) people who where seemingly strangers in the beginning.
