I am a christain student in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. My study is Mechatronics, I learn how to build robots. I tour a lot with a musical group, doing voluntary work, taking care of the sound and lights during musical performances.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interests

When I was a child, I took apart a lot of electrical equipment, learning a lot about electronics. Later, I startet building computers. If you have any kind of problem with your laptop/computer, I am happy to help you!

I build my own traincab of original train parts, coupling these parts with a microcontroller and programming it to work like a real train. I did a lot of electrical installation work, installing wall sockets, lights, switches and wiring.

When I was 12, I startet doing light and sound for bands and later musicals. Nowadays, I travel a lot with a catholic musical group, performing musicals with impressive biblical stories. I also maintain the technical equipment for this group.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy listening to Christian music, like Hillsong United, Michael W. Smith, Newsboys. I also enjoy classical music and music from the Musicals I do light and sound for.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have one climbed a mountain in Austria, which was a wonderful experience. I hope to be doing that more in the future. My next challenge is to do an internship in Germany.
