ABOUT ME

I'm a Designer in sunny Brisbane. Trying to make pretty but mostly useless things for people to look at, sit on, play with, eat off or anything else someone will pay for...but I try not to get bogged down in doing that for too long before grabbing my backpack and jumping on a plane again.

This isn't so much because of a deep desire to experience other cultures or whatever, it's more for my own sanity. I can't stay still for too long or I start to think too much, and for me that's not a good thing.

Metro maps!..I love a good metro, trying to speak the local language and failing, arriving in a big crazy city with nothing more than a scribbled address, local buses, being a gringo..most importantly the spontaneity and endless possibilities of solo travel.

I recently traveled the length of the Andes entirely overland..12000 of the craziest kilometers of my life.
