I'm in a stage of great change in my life and receptive to all that is coming my way. In an earlier version of myself, I worked in a genomics sequencing lab and then in sales for a fitness company and mostly did everything I could to be what other people wanted me to be. I shapeshifted and compromised and hid... and now I am opening my eyes and letting my truth flow through my heart and throat and out into the world.

You can find me reading, moving outside, dancing, embodying, drawing, laughing, cooking, and asking questions.
