Overview
About Me
I am an open minded person and I like new experiences very much. I think Couchsurfing is a really great idea to get in touch with other people, other countries and cultures. I would love to use couchsurfing more often as a guest, but mostly I host other travellers.
If you are thinking about staying with me, this is what you can expect from me:
- a bed, sometimes in the living room, sometimes in a private room
- a shared bathroom
- some bread or the like to keep you alive:)
- no obligation to share time or to interact
- I only host for a maximum of two nights
- for security reasons I give my adress only at short notice
- I do not hand out keys
What I expect from you:
- a friendly request with some information about you and your planned stay
- to leave the house together with me the next morning at about 9
- a sleeping bag would be perfect, but of course we have also bedding :)
These are, quite business-like, the basic rules, exceptions are possible.
Sometimes there is much more - sharing stories, cooking, having dinner, going out with the dogs, showaround, drinking wine - if we both have time and if we find a good contact to each other, it‘s perfect. If not, it‘s perfect, too. Please keep in mind that while you are on holidays, we are mostly in our daily-work-routine. So it may happen that I need privacy after a long working day and I don‘t offer anything besides the above. I hope you can understand this:)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am interested in making new friends, here in Germany or anywhere in the world;-)
Interests
My family (two adult children and my husband) and my pets (two micro-dogs and rabbits), travelling, enjoying the nature, DIY-projects, crafts. Anyway, as I have a job and take care of several elder people, there is not much time left...
