I'm a Law and English student from Dunedin, New Zealand. And I'm off on my first big adventure this year! I'll be studying for a semester in Halifax, Canada as well as travelling through the Pacific Northwest in the States.
Couchsurfing seems like a great way to meet locals, and avoiding super touristy things when travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

An exchange student once told me how they went to Auckland for a week instead of visiting Milford Sound. I'm terrified of missing all the good parts of a place I'm visiting. I'm on Couchsurfing to meet some interesting people and gain some local knowledge. I want to see your version of Milford Sound!

Also, I need people to go see the new Star Wars movie with.
