Im a bike commuter, vegetarian, and outdoors enthusiast. I do art and take pictures. I'm positive, open minded, forward thinking, and like to laugh. I'm practicing minimalism and zero waste. This last year I've been teaching a middle school permaculture class, and assisting in Montessori elementary education. Ive been living in a greenhouse at Hummingbird cottage commune, and building my very own teenee house. I'm traveling up the West Coast, taking a few workshops, visiting old friends, and hoping to make a few new ones along the way.

I'm on couch surfing to meet new people, have conversations and share thoughts, to experience the culture of individuals and their homes, and to widen my world perspective. Free accommodations are appealing and preferable when you're traveling on a budget!

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I traveled to India for two months. The first month was full of traveling Northern India with a school group. The second month was with my two best friends. We stayed in Kullu, a small village in the Himalayas with a sweet family while we volunteered at an Ashram, blind school, and rehab center. At the house we'd do 5am yoga with our Indian grandma, play badmitten with the kids, and share family meals everyday. It was such a rich and memorable experience to be immersed and involved with our host family and their culture, and to be able to share ours with them as well.
