Hello! I'm an orchestral musician and songwriter who teaches English. I recently graduated from the Oxford House Prague teaching program and enjoy teaching English, specializing in pronunciation, on italki and in private lessons. As an orchestral player I'm currently principal horn of the State Opera of Bulgaria.

I'm on Couchsurfing for that never ending search of renewing my faith in humanity. The world is crazy, and those moments of finding kindred spirits and establishing friendships across the globe is as important now as ever.

Interests

My husband and I are musicians and we enjoy playing together as an accordion-guitar duo. He's a luthier, building and repairing guitars; I'm not so hot on the technical side and stick for performing and teaching. We love to prepare dishes from all over the world and enjoy cooking for others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a Oxford TEFL TrinityCert TESOL instructor specializing in pronunciation, so if you've ever wanted to perfect your English or improve where you're at, I'd be happy to help! My husband and I are musicians, playing accordion and guitar often together, so if you'd happen to find an accordion or piano, we'd be happy to play a little! He's also a guitar technician and builder (luthier) and would be happy to offer advice for string players seeking help with their instruments. We're also avid cooks and enjoy creating dishes from all over the world.
