ABOUT ME

I am very friendly and open to trying new things! I am not afraid of a little adventure and don't believe there should be anything that holds a person back. I love to go out and have a good time, but I also so to take in moments & meditate on the experience. I'm always interested in the culture of a new place, especially with interacting with locals and learning their perspective on things. I'm very easy to talk to and will basically force you (not actually) to speak to me in your native language, as I am very interested in learning new things. I'm a lot of fun to be around & I love to talk so I hope you are ready to converse.

PHILOSOPHY

Never look back unless you are planning to go that way-- I believe in making the most of every moment, taking full advantage of the opportunities presented before you & making unforgettable memories. I never want to look back and say, I wish I had done that.

I love couchsurfing! I've had the best time doing it and everyone I've met has been incredible.

Interests

I study biology and philosophy, I enjoy reading, traveling, volunteer work, learning about history, cooking, and new adventures. I am a college cheerleader but I also dabble in lacrosse! I love college basketball! If you let me stay with you, I will ask you a million questions about yourself and about the history of the city. I want to know everyone's opinions, as I am still growing as a person and learn from others. I'm very curious!

Music, Movies, and Books

Harry Potter, The Classics!, Breaking Bad, The Office, Flight of the Conchords, basically everything. I'm not a big television advocate, however I do enjoy movies LOTS OF MOVIES!! Especially foreign movies. La Vie En Rose, Atonement, Blue is the Warmest Color, V for Vendetta, American Hustle, Anna Karenina! Everything :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you all about the American cheerleading culture, as I am a collegiate cheerleader!I can tell you all about the young people of the US and share with you my own experiences. I love to talk about religion and politics, but not to shove my opinions in your face. Rather I love to hear other people's opinions because I learn from others, and in that way grow from others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am more than willing to help around the house, create a delicious dinner for my host, go out on the town, etc :)
