Hi there, my name is Ellemijn. I'm a 24 year old girl from the Netherlands. Currently I'm traveling around the world. My journey started 2,5 years ago when I decided to travel on my own to Australia. The next chapter will start in two weeks, I will travel to New Zealand. I am beyond excited to discover and travel around both of the islands.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After some months of traveling in Asia I traveled to see my boyfriend in Australia, where we drove all the way from the West Coast to the East Coast.
Nick was already fimiliar with couch surfing and it is because of him that I started couch surfing myself. When we were traveling we met so many inspiring people by couch surfing. I've got so inspired by the souls we met along the way.
Now it's time for a new chapter: New Zealand. I'm very excited to meet like minded people and Couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people and share our stories.
