I’m a student of English Literature, recently graduated from Oxford, using travel as an attempt to delay the inevitable responsibilities of working life.

So far it’s working wonderfully - I have just returned from a vibrant backpacking trip to India and hope to flee again soon, next destinations Malaysia and Japan.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Despite my extreme love of travel, I only recently became aware of this beautiful community which I’m keen to join in on both the hosting and surfing side.

As someone who loves travel for the opportunities it offers to meet inspiring people and gain different perspectives, the concept of couchsurfing provides an incredible way of getting straight to the cultural heart of a destination.

I hope to exchange not just accommodation but culture, passions, and way of life.

Something of a film novice trying to educate myself…any and all help appreciated here.

I play piano to a reasonable level
Speak fluent English (with a wide knowledge of English literature if you happen to be interested)

I could probably engage to teach or at least display either of those things, my best hope of teaching/sharing/learning with you would be through the beautiful art of conversation.
