About Me
I'm a former Hollywood TV art director turned holistic health coach! I quit a job that was draining my soul in May 2017 and am now pursuing a new path as a certified holistic health coach. This new direction lights me up and allows me to center my life around my two passions: wellness and travel.
I love meeting new people and exploring new places by road tripping, backpacking, camping, hiking, and everything in between. I try to live everyday to the fullest because life is too short to not live extraordinary!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and meet new people so couch surfing seems like an amazing way to do both while keeping travel affordable! I really enjoy being immersed in the local culture so staying with locals is an amazing way to enrich the travel experience. I love stimulating conversations that teach me something new and I love sharing my passion for travel and health (when someone is interested). I've met so many incredible people in my travels and I hope to continue expanding my network of passionate, inspiring travelers!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a variety of music from alternative folk to Broadway musicals to jazz standards to pop. Favorites include The Decemberists, Punch Brothers, Aoife O'Donovan, and First Aid Kit.
I'm a big podcast nerd!! I love NPR programs like Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me, This American Life, RadioLab, A Prairie Home Companion, and others like The Model Health Show and The Joe Rogan Experience.
I'm not a big movie person - more a TV watcher. Recent TV favorites include Westworld.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This summer I spent 3 months road tripping around the US and Canada in my red Mini Cooper! I stopped at a number of National Parks including Zion NP, Grand Tetons NP, Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Shenandoah NP, Banff, Glacier NP, and Crater Lake NP. It was an incredible summer!! I camped, I hiked, I helped my best friend get married... I learned so much about myself and about traveling. One of the highlights was hiking The Narrows trail in Zion NP!
