I've just spent a few months in Norway working on farms, working in Kyiv, travelling Romania and Bulgaria, and in UK visiting friends. I've lived in the UK and in Bavaria for several months each a few years ago (during University exchanges / Erasmus). At home I can be a bit of an activist and love to be a part of my local community as we work together to improve our situations and society. I love a good beer and love to cook! I also read a lot - always looking for new sci-fi recommendations.

I've had a lot of lovely encounters with new people and local people through volunteer work, and wanted to continue that experience in places where I couldn't stay long enough to work. It's hard to sum myself up, but I'd say I'm a pretty calm, reflective person who has been through much hardship and growth. I'm passionate about health, people's well-being, community, ethical living and self-love. Heads up: I'm also queer/gay and leftist so if that's a problem, we might not be a good fit :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am very keen to meet new people and explore with locals in the places I am travelling to! You can't understand a place or culture without knowing its people. I am also keen to show people the beautiful nature of my home.
