Hi! I'm an open and outgoing languages teacher from London. I love to travel and meet new people - and if I can learn a little of their language :)

I'm very easy to talk to and keen for new experiences. If you have the time to show me around your local area, I would love that, but quite happy to make my own way as well. If you come to stay with me, I'll do my best to make some time to give you a tour!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I just quit my full time job as a Teacher in the UK and will be travelling and living abroad for the foreseeable future.

I hope to get some interesting insights into new places with the help of local hosts, and as soon as I have established myself in Spain in the autumn I look forward to hosting guests of my own.

I have hosted couchsurfers before under my flatmate's account and always had really positive experiences. I'm looking forward to discovering what it's like to couchsurf myself.

I love a bit of sci-fi or fantasy fiction. Plus I have a (half)secret but fairly serious love of Harry Potter.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived on the beautiful tropical island La Réunion for just under a year. Just Google it. Yes it was that gorgeous.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a languages teacher after all so if you want to learn English or French I'm happy to give you a lesson or two. Plus I have various great stories from travelling the world and teaching in London (not sure which ones are better!) to share with if you want to listen.
