Since 2016, while travelling through some Southern/Eastern parts of the beautiful African continent, I have had great encounters with unforgettable people on the way. Throughout that time, couchsurfing has made it possible for me not only to meet and stay with locals, but also to share stories and learn from each other. I just love how close it can bring you to local people and culture.

These days, I am living and studying in Malmö, Sweden together with two lovely ladies, For us, hosting Couchsurfers means more than just providing free accommodation - we really want to get to know you, hear from your adventures and spend some time together, maybe sharing a meal or some cups of tea. I love Indie and Electronic music, especially fancying Moderat, Mt Kimbie, Bonobo, Bon Iver. Apart from that, Hip Hop and Spoken Word really fascinate me - try Kojey Radical or George the Poet.
Since I started falling in love with the African continent, you'll find me listening to all kinds of Afrobeat/Afrotrap/Afro Indie when wanderlust gets me at home in Sweden - Fela Kuti, William Onyeabor and all of these awesome people. Plus some Jazz and Funk classics, like Herby Hancock or Fred Wesley.

Taking a swim in the Baltic Sea at night, surrounded by bioluminescent plankton. Went back there several times, but the plankton was gone - I guess it was a unique experience!

(Also, I absolutely recommend my roommate's meals. She is the best. Be nice to her and she will share her food with you.)
