ABOUT ME

Hello, my names Ellen, Ive been living in London for 4 years and Im just about to move to Berlin. Im an artist, i paint/draw/perform/make installations..I love travelling, love waking up the next day and exploring somewhere knew..makes me feel heady and high. I always thought i was a city girl but I'm a big fan of beautiful landscapes, mountains, rivers, forests..love to trek. I'm an adaptable person, I enjoy partying and seeing friends but can find the same joy in reading a brilliant book or practising yoga. I try and live pretty moderately..doing a little of everything i love.

Making Art..fills me with joy (aswell as deep frustration at times.) Writing short stories and poems... Love reading both fiction and non fiction -society/gender/politics. enjoy discussions and debates (apart from with my brother Graham Angus who is also on Coach Surfing.) Recently I did a Yoga Teaching course, love do practise Asanas and meditation to ground myself…also love Red wine..i'm not that fussy, and i don't know very much about it, and i don't spend much money on it, but when i have a good one..then thats really awesome, Dark chocolate (over 80%)..love a good vegetable curry, italian food..malaysian..most food!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Trekking around the Annaporna Circuit (Himalayas) in Nepal, walking along a river bed full of lots of fossils, as dusk descended on us.
The Yoga teaching training course in the Himalayas, every day waking up at 5am and chanting was pretty nuts!
