About Me
CURRENT MISSION
never do anything that people expect. keep life fresh.
ABOUT ME
Bicycles are my passion, I'm always down for a ride, no matter the length. Touring anyone?
Currently I'm a student at the UO and a Bicycle Coordinator with our Outdoor Program along with a mechanic at a local shop. Schedule is pretty hectic, but every spare moment is spent exploring the exciting things in life. I love playing host and hearing about other adventures. I also love being the one having the adventure, it's what keeps life fresh. If someone tempts me with an adventure, I usually go for it. But generally I'm the one tempting others :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Ingenious way to network with people.
My experience began on a cross country bicycle trip summer of 2010. Stayed with amazing people, and now can't think of a better way to travel. Continually pay it forward with experiences both in travels and hosting.
Interests
I enjoy climbing (trees!), skiing both xcountry and downhill, camping...anything outdoors, poetry - the Beats, nature prose, floetry..., blues jazz bluegrass any small venue with good music, experimental cooking (which usually turns out surprisingly delicious), subsistent gardening, spontaneous shenanigans, a perfect coffee shop, and amazing friends.
Oh and traveling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Virgin eyes on Crater Lake; New Mexico sunsets; Lightening storm in a cloud brain under a covered wagon in Kansas; dancing naked in a field in the rain in West Virginia; Vancouver's Winter Olympics; I try not to say everything in Oregon but really it's spectacular here, it's only the complacent that don't see it anymore - see it through fresh eyes always and you will be gasping for breath.
