I’m a curious, funny, warm hearted, sincere person and a loyal friend. I’m interested in discovering the world, people and myself in every minute of life.
Bevor and during my time at university I used to travel a lot. It started with a half-year-trip around Australia and Malaysia. While studying Middle Eastern Studies I came to visit Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. As my mom lived in Italy at that time, I spent a lot of time there as well.
For the last three years, work took me into a completely different direction: I became an online editor and worked in PR. Just now, I decided it just isn’t the right thing for me to do anymore. I quit my job and now I’m taking off a couple of month to travel again and give myself a fresh start. So I’m very much looking forward where the next month will take me to:-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m curious to discover the world and meet new people. I’m new on couchsurfing. Until now, while traveling I stayed with friends or friends of my friends and I did some wwoofing (willing workers on organic farms), which was great. Now, as I have my own apartment with a big couch and enough space to host people I decided to try couchsurfing as a new experience. I’m very curious whom I’ll be meeting.
