When traveling a lot you are constantly meeting new people everyday, most of which may only stay in your life for one day or even just a few hours. I think couchsurfing is the best way to travel as you can make better connections with people and share the life of the locals

兴趣

I can be quite active, I love to practise yoga a lot, go hiking and camping and generally just spending time in nature. On the other hand I also love to slow down and relax with my book and a hot cup of tea.

I like to meditate everyday and try to practise mindfulness in my life and the way I interact with others.

I love to cook and one of my most favourite things in life is to cook and enjoy a meal with friends, possibly with a beer or glass of wine!

I love to learn about anything and everything.
