I love to meditate, be still in nature, explore, read, practice yoga, walk, be outdoors, camp under the stars, play the guitar, paint and pretty much do anything creative. I am super passionate about the environment and planet earth and care so much about cultivating peace and love around me. I'm pretty chilled and up for exploring new cultures and new places and trying new things.

I don't really have a favourite type of music because it depends on my mood and I love most music. Sometimes I love chilled acoustic music, other times deep house, indie, jazz, reggae...
I love watching documentaries mostly and movies that teach me something about the world. 'Given', 'Under an arctic sky', 'a street cat named Bob' and 'I, Daniel Blake' are my favourite at the moment.
I love reading books about spirituality and also ones that teach me something about anything - current favourite is Shantaram.

I think there a lot of amazing things done but they’re underrated. Like swimming in the ocean in the winter, skinny dipping in a river in the countryside, dancing naked in Brighton or singing around the fire pit outside with my friends.

I can teach you to make dream catchers, macrame, or to paint, or cook or learn English. I'm trying to learn French at the moment and am so up for learning pretty much anything I can. I can also play the guitar a little bit, although I’m not great but I love it 😁
