About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world, eat good food, drink good wine, and keep good company
ABOUT ME
Easy going, outgoing, nature lover, and active. I'm travel obsessed and love going to new places and meeting new people. I am an Au Pair in Denmark for 6 months from this January to the end of June and am hoping to see as much of Europe as possible during this time. I'm generally up for anything and don't require much to make me happy. I'm always finding the silver lining and I often get excited over little things.
PHILOSOPHY
Things will always figure themselves out, so don't stress. But then again, don't leave it all up to fate.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am currently traveling by interrail and am looking for places to stay and fun people to meet and share my experience with.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I stayed with an awesome host in Copenhagen in March, which was my first time using couchsurfing. We cooked some delicious food together, talked about growing up in our own countries, and he introduced my friend and I to so many people. Now I have lots of people I can't wait to see again when I go back!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love classic British and American literature that varies in style from Orwell to Steinbeck to Austen. But I mostly like to read anything. I never travel without a book and I want to learn more languages so I have more options at the library!
I also love discovering new music, but my all time favorites right now have to be Arcade Fire, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Black Keys, and The National. That's always changing though. I love classic rock too and got to see Sir Paul McCartney at Bonnaroo in 2013. I'm going to Northside Festival in DK this June.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking between the small cities of le Cinque Terre in Italy was probably one of the most incredible sceneries I have ever seen. The mountains are covered in vineyards and olive trees and the sea below is a gorgeous blue. When you overlook one of the cities from the trail, you feel like you're in another time and the amazing Focaccia they make in the local bakeries makes the hike even sweeter.
Teach, Learn, Share
I speak fluent French, love to cook, and know more about wine than is good for me. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Geology and Environmental Science with a focus on sustainability.
