About Me
From ax throwing to harp playing to kayaking to crafts I love experiencing and learning as many varied things as I can. I'm energetic, enthusiastic, and always up for an adventure!
My home is a remote forested valley in the rolling hills of South Scotland, where my family look after some woodland and run a small sawmill. We have a very open house and there is always a busy through-flow of friends and visitors from near and far. Gladly continuing the family forestry tradition, I'm currently studying forestry at University in Bangor, North Wales (plus an exchange year in Vancouver, British Columbia).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting new people and getting to know them, it is so exciting and interesting to learn more about the world and all the diverse views and outlooks there are. The philosophy behind couch-surfing is also really lovely, and I'm looking forward to being able to host surfers after university.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm ready to help out! Cooking, cleaning, gardening, odd-jobs... I usually travel with homemade cookies and bread, so if I haven't left in too much of a hurry I can provide that too.
