Overview
About Me
I'm an outdoorsy human who loves adventures, music, jamming, dancing, meeting and connecting with people. Especially couch surfers ;)
I work as a landscape architect, a profession in which I get to combine my inner environmental activist and my passion for ecology, species, sustainable city planning and art.
When I'm not working you'll most likely find me running in the woods, rehearsing or jamming with my band (I play guitar and sing) or on the dance floor. I fell in love with lindy hop a few years ago and where there's lindy hop, there is life. Always happy to try out new dance styles though so please drag me along! :)
Big fan of delicious craft beers. Whenever I feel too healthy after running or dancing it's easy to fix at the pub with some good company.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
CS is such an amazing, warm global family. I love the way openness, trust, learning, laughing and sharing flourishes in this community. A few of my most memorable experiences in life I have Couchsurfing and the amazing people here to thank for! <3

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking in Sarek National park here in Sweden. The view from the top of the mountain Skierfe; after having crawled to the edge and looked down 700 meters on the breath taking river delta Rapadalen. Google and go! By train! And foot! It takes a while but omg it's worth every blister.
Another amazing experience is volunteering in Killarney National park, Ireland, a few times during the last summers. The project was called Groundwork, a beautiful initiative where volunteers from all over the world get together to remove invasive species threatening the local ecosystem (in this case oak woods). The people, the landscapes, the feeling of making a difference, the long walks, the Irish beer and music... I still stay in touch with many of the volunteers and coordinators I got to know ten years ago.
COP15 was another memorable experience. At the time I was an active member of Nature and Youth Sweden. About one hundred of us were accommodated at the climate conference and we met so many NGOs and activists from other parts of the world who like us demanded climate justice.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share what I know about landscaping, drawing, photography and lindy hop :) Would love to learn other styles of dancing and jam with musicians. I'm pretty much interested in learning everything and I believe everyone has things to teach and share!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm happy to cook delicious vegetarian meals and of course open my home for you if you'd ever visit my beautiful hometown Stockholm.
