About Me
Hey guys! I intended to come to the Dominican Republic for six months. After a year and a half, it's finally time to return to the UK, and take what I know back home. I want to work with people, I want to work with the land, and I want to help regenerate our eco-systems and communities.
Before that though, I'm hoping to make the most of being on this side of the Atlantic - we're gonna explore America Baby!!!
I'm currently travelling with my girlfriend. We're both social/ political activists; (I work with food, and masculine healing, she works with Dominican root music). I love to cook, and I'm always happy to share recipes!
We love music, singing, dancing, playing games and learning to live outside of the system. We're also both super-social with people, so whoever you are, as long as you're willing to share (and maybe to be fed), I'm sure we'll get along well!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Two reasons really... firstly, we're travelling on a TIIIIIGHT budget. Secondly, we believe that it's always better to take a social option over a commercial option. So why pay for a hostel when we can meet cool new people?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I created a top-notch fish and chips using only native Dominican plants and animals. (Just to clarify - the animal was a fish).
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm a nut for all things regenerative. Whether we're talking about healing our ecosystems, our nervous systems, or our inherited responses, I want us to get better. I'm always excited to learn about what people are doing to heal our bodies, societies and ecosystems.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook for you guys! My curry is especially good, though you'll have to accept our request super far in advance, as the chicken needs to marinade overnight :-p
I'm also a masseur (ish) so I'm very willing to offer you a massage!
Otherwise, we're fun, have good vibes, and we're very considerate.
