My mission in life and in business is to never give up, never become complacent, and always strive for improvement. I travel because it keeps my eyes open and my perspective fresh. I love to learn new things and to experience the essence of culture.

I am an active, outgoing, entrepreneur who is easy to please and always looking for adventure. I am a little bit crazy, and I love to meet new people and experience new things.

I am most at peace when in nature, and I especially enjoy hiking, biking, scuba diving, skiing, and most recently playing soccer.

I enjoy good food, wine, and beer, and if you host me I will cook you some serious eats.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have experienced couch surfing from all angles, and I must say, overall, my experiences have been brilliant. I have hosted, surfed, and organized events, but I have been a bit dormant over the past year or so.

In a few weeks I will be traveling across Eastern Europe, with a quick stopover in Copenhagen and I am excited to connect with all you wonderful surfers along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a sucker for a good movie, at least I used to be. I don't get much time to indulge these days, but I love a good gangster film (Goodfellas, Godfather Part 2, Pulp Fiction, Usual Suspects, Donnie Brasco, The Departed).

I love Wes Anderson, Bill Murray, Quentin Tarentino, and recently Game of Thrones. The Big Lebowski is one of my favorite all time comedies, and for the last few years EDM has been my favorite genre of music. I love trance and a good house Dj always keeps me bumping. I used to listen to a lot of classic rock, folk rock, and blue grass, but lately podcasts are my Jam.

Above and Beyond Group Therapy, Marcus Schultz Global DJ Broadcast, and Gareth Emery Electric for life have bringing the beats as of late.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitch hiking (Burning Man 2014), Rio De Janeiro (World Cup 2014), Backpacked Central America and across Europe, Sky Diving, Scuba Diving, hang gliding, surfing Hawaii, hiking the most dangerous trail in North America, Full Moon Party Tulum Mexico.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Food. I am a self taught, but highly capable cook and if you are kind enough to host me I will make sure to whip you up something delicious. I also make a pretty mean cocktail and I am a very considerate guest. I am extremely independent and would love to spend as much or as little time with my hosts as they like.
