hey ! my name is elliott, or жаво (pronounced “zhavo”) when speaking slavic languages - русский язык и немного украинский.

i live on stolen tohono o’odham land on turtle island, also known as tucson, arizona, u.s.a.

it’s unbearably hot here during the summer, so i’m doing some traveling for the first time since pre-pandemic times.

i’m “poor” in u.s. standards (i live far below the poverty line here) so any leads on affordable places to stay would be lovely !

where i’ll be and when :

april 27 - july 7 : amboy, wa
(in the forest an hour outside of portland, or)
july 7-13 : philadelphia, pa
july 13-27 : warsaw poland and/or lviv ukraine (depending on how likely the goddamn fucking russian army might goddamn fucking kill me there)
july 27-august 17 : wandering around budapest hungary, slovakia, prague czechia, etc
august 17-27 : montpelier france

then back in tucson in september !

some things i do when i’m alone :
write music, study languages, read books, practice piano, go on bike rides, make plant medicine, learn new things…

some things i like to do with others :
share meals, build camp fires, go on walks, take trips to beautiful outdoor places, go to music shows, wilderness skill-shares, & activist events, cuddle, read books out loud together, work on art projects…
