I wander the planet. I've been blessed to meet amazing friends everywhere I've been.

I meditate a lot, practice qi gong and enjoy listening.

I get restless easily, which helps explain my wanderlust.

I am open to a drink or two now and then, but am not generally a big partier or drinker.

I do not live in Oceanside, California and am not even sure how that showed up on my profile. Now I can't seem to change it. I am currently traveling through Mexico without a fixed address, therefore cannot host. When and if I do settle down, I will try updating my home address again, so I can host. Please forgive the confusion.

I am on Couchsurfing because it is a great way to travel and meet new people. In the past when I've had a home, either in my home town or on my travels, I've always loved hosting friends, friends of friends and fellow travelers.

兴趣

I've been meditating for twenty some years. Mostly I've studied the Chan and Tibetan Buddhist schools. I've also been using meditation to heal myself and others for about seventeen years. Now I am living my best approximation of the Chan wanderer's life. No destination but compassion. Going where the river takes me.

I've been a meditation and healing teacher for years. In the past I had formal classes and even dabbled in having a school for a time. Now, I mostly just do my personal practice, but am always open to sharing my experience or hearing of what others are up to.

I still do some healing work now and then. I have no formal practice or business or anything of that nature, but when the opportunity presents itself, I do what I can to help.

Mostly I am just looking to share some time and company. As I said above, I am always open to do healing work or teach what I know, but that is not really my objective here.

I am just traveling about, enjoying the transition from day to night, from spring to winter, etc.

I can also do dishes and that sort of thing, and I cook a fine pasta sauce. Even my Italian friends were surprised at how good it was. Uh oh... now the pressure's on ;)
