Mission? To further myself is all things food related. Cook with and for as many people as I can and have fun doing it.

ABOUT ME

I grew up an "average" kids life. Played sports, partied, traveled from time to time. I finished high school to go to culinary school, did that, it was cool. Worked on Block Island for a few summers on and off as a chef. Next went to Boston to see the big city scene, did that. Moved to spain for a summer, then a winter in St Thomas and the surrounding islands. Now chillin bouncing around the us

Music? Mos Def, Talib kwali, all hip hop, reggae, jazz, blues, rap, dance, techno some times. Movies? anything funny, ones where shit blows up, most kids movies, even a love story once and a while.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

As of right now I have saved enough money and currage to backpack through Europe and Thailand/ Cambodia not ever being there before, not knowing anyone, and having no real direction. I think thats pretty amazing. Now doing the same thing is the Virgin Islands
