i like almost everything in music. rock, blues, metal, electro, techno, some ethnic musics.

in movies, mainly drama. favourite one is probably the "goodfellas" from Scorsese.

in books, probably the best I read recently is Samarcande.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- in trekking: crossing French Pass in Nepal in 2016 and 2019 and Tashi Lapsa Pass in Nepal 2023.
- in ultra trail: PicaPica ultra trail in 2019, Echappée Belle ultra trail in 2018 and 2020.
- diving in Lombok, Indonesia.
- running from sea to Teide summit in Tenerife within a single push of 7 hours.
- i did quit my job for wondering around asia and europe in 2019, for 1 year. covid caught me in Lombok where I did spend 4.5 months in a small village by the ocean.
