Hello, You can call me Elmy. I am a Chinese living in Indonesia. I have been living in Makassar, South Sulawesi since I was born.

I am currently working at a local bank in my country specialized in Trade Business Department which handle Export Import transaction.
Other that, i have a part time as a member of event organizer which is quite well known in my city.

I am a kind of introvert person, but become talkative once I am in the conversation. I love making new friends and have strong passion of solo travelling or become a stranger's travel buddy.

Once about me is I am a well organized person, so i like making my things in arranged place and super clean. Being on schedule and on time are also part of myself. I hate messy and uncontrollable situation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I want to start my solo traveling journey, i want to meet new friends for hangout around or better if you can host me.

It's not that i don't have any friends that make me have to travel alone. The situation is all my friends are married that make them can't travel with me anymore.

But, it won't stop my desire to see the world. It was a hard decision though since i am a woman and kinda mommy's girl.

Anyway, i always become braver when i read this sentence "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough."
And i think it gives me strength and push me to start my solo traveling as well.

Interests

I have an interest in doing something new including try to find out from the very beginning, make a schedule/concept, and practice it for finalized.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Exploring Yogyakarta town (Indonesia) and also Singapore by myself. It was my 1st experience solo traveling ever and i proud of myself.

Solo travelling in Seoul and Busan for 12 days (really me time).
